Century Ride Program Added

Good news!

If you’ve had the crazy idea that you want to ride a 100 mile but don’t know where to start in preparation for it, you’re in luck.

We found out that a lot of people are hunting on the web for these century ride programs, but are coming up short. So we created one and added it to our on-demand training programs.

The program is 10 weeks long, and requires around 5-6 hours a week to complete.

If you’ve never ridden a century ride before, it’s a really good idea to do some preparation for it. It’s going to make the ride a lot more fun!

The century ride program is available for all MyCycling.com members.

    I am a begginer wanting to ride for fitness and health purposes. At 48 yrs of age I want to set targets and goals to improve and eventually be able to do the Argus or Amashovashova.
