New Rapid Results Programs

Have you ever been roped into doing some kind of cycling event in a weak moment, only to realize the next day that it’s only a few weeks away and you’re not riding quite as well as you would like to be?

We figure this must happen given the amount of feedback we get on this.

As a result, we’ve added two programs to help out with this situation. We’ve called them our “Rapid Results” programs.

These programs are specifically designed around a 4 week block. The first 3 weeks are focused on getting as much form as quickly as possible. This is using a few secret sessions we’ve used in the past as well. Not always fun, but they get the desired results.

The last week combines a taper so that you can yield some of the results of the work you did in the 3 weeks earlier. I’m really looking forward to hearing some feedback on how these have worked for other people.
