.

Do you really offer a money back guarantee?

Yep. We reckon there is nothing worse than paying for something that you end up disappointed with. So we want to reverse that so there is no risk to you. You’re always going to win.

We guarantee we’ll refund you 100% of your purchase if you do not ride 10-30% faster as a result of doing the training.

In fact, if you’re not happy for ANY reason, we’ll refund 100% as well!

The only restriction is that you must let us know within 60 days as our payment processor limits us to a 60 day refund limit.

.

Is this suited to a beginner or an expert?

These programs are suited to the absolute beginner through to the semi-pro. If you’re an aspiring professional athlete, you really require more intensive one-on-one coaching.

If you’re not a professional, there will be a program in the MyCycling.com line-up that will suit you perfectly.

.

Is this suitable for both men and women?

Yes. These are designed to be used by Men and Women. The principles work exactly the same for both.

.

How many hours a week does this program require?

The training programs require a time commitment of 5 hours through to 15 hours a week depending on which program you decide to undertake. We believe that 5 hours a week is the minimum to see any significant improvement in your cycling.

.

Are you guys qualified to provide training?

Absolutely. You can read about the MyCycling.com faculty here.

Most importantly, we’ve teamed up with ClickBank to handle all the credit card payments. We don’t even see your numbers. Clickbank handles all transactions and process millions of dollars of transactions each year so you can feel safe that you’re completely protected.

.

What if I can’t complete the training?

While we encourage you to work diligently through the program, we realize that sometimes life gets busy and other aspects of our life have to take priority over our riding.

If you can’t complete the training, it’s not a problem. If you miss a few days or so, it’s not going to make that much difference. If you lose a few weeks, you’re probably better to take stock and restart the program where you feel is appropriate. This might simply be by going back a couple of weeks and revisiting the earlier training to get back up to speed.

We’re here to help you improve, not to make you feel guilty and stop enjoying your cycling. After all, that’s the whole point of why we are around! Anyway, you’ve got unlimited access to the training, so it’s no big deal if you have to stop for whatever reason.

.

I work a regular job, will this still work for me?

For sure. You’ll just need to select the program that is based around the hours per week that you have available. We’ve designed the programs to give you maximum bang for buck. So you’ll get the most amount of form for the least amount of time on the bike.

.

Why is MyCycling different from other cycling training?

We’ve found that like most things in life, the best advice is from people who have already gone through the process, found what REALLY works and succeeded as a result.

Unfortunately, most coaches tend to work more based on theory, rather than experience.

That’s where we believe we are different. We’ve taken over 90 years of riding experience at the highest level including Olympic Games, World Championships and the Professional Peleton and distilled the key principles of success into a form that is palatable and applicable for cyclists of any ability level.

In other words, we believe that we’ve produced the best programs and cycling support resources for the everyday rider in the world.

.

How complex is the training?

Good question. We’ve read most of the training programs that are publicly available and reckon many, if not most of them, are way too complex. In fact, many of these programs are way more complex than some of the highest level professionals are doing.

While our training has some complexity, it’s only what is absolutely necessary. No science degree required! :)

.

Do I need a heart rate monitor or power meter to do the training?

None of our programs require power meters.

Our beginners program doesn’t require a heart rate monitor either. However, if you are able to get access to one it would be useful.

Our other programs are designed for riders who have a bit more experience and the sessions are based around heart rate zones, so a heart rate monitor is advisable. You can pick up simple monitors for less than $50 these days, so the outlay should be minimal.
