For example, we’ve found that doing stretching and core strength exercises can dramatically help your cycling.
However, we have been careful not to simply load in lots of different exercises for the sake of it. We’ve carefully crafted a “golden” selection of exercises that will produce the most gains for the least amount of effort.
The ones that have been “road tested” to work on hundreds of elite cyclists.
We’ve then documented these carefully in both photographic form as well as video demonstrations to ensure that you can completely understand what you’re doing
